Hello everyone, how are you all? I hope you are well. I am well by the grace of God. Today I have made a new recipe. I made laddu of semai. And I will share with you today the laddu recipe of Semai. I hope you like it.

Ingredients
•Lachcha semai
•Coconut
• Sugar
•Bay leaves
•Liquid milk
• Powdered milk
•Ghee
•Salt
•Food color

Step 1

First I packed all the ingredients needed to make semai laddu. First I took a pot. Then I put a little ghee in the cauldron. Then I took a packet of Lachcha Semai. Then I put the whole packet in semai kadai. Then I fried the semai a little. Then I took it down from the cauldron and took it to a plate.

Step 2
Then I put a little ghee in the empty cauldron. Then when the ghee is hot, I give 3-4 whole bay leaves. Stir for a while then I will give 1 cup of coconut codano. Then I will stay in Nada for a while. Until the coconuts are fried.

Step 3

After a while the coconuts turned red. Then I put 1 cup of sugar inpan coconuts. Sugar can give whatever taste. I don't give much sugar because my brother's diabetes can't eat sugar. So I will give the amount of sugar. But laddu is a sweet dish. It is better to eat more sweets. Anyway I gave it with sugar. And I gave it with a little rub. I kept mixing the sugars well for the throat.

Step 4

After swallowing the sugar, I will continue to add some more. After mixing a lot, I will give milk. But here I will add one thing. That is the food color. I will use food coloring so that the laddu is a little color pool. However, if you do not use it. I will just use the laddu as it looks beautiful. I took 1 cup of milk. Then I mixed a few drops of food color. And the milk became colorful. And I poured this 1 cup of milk into the coconut and mixed it well.

Step 5

Then I waited for a while for the milk to sink into the coconut. After a while, coconut and milk became creamy. The coconut looked so beautiful. The color pool looked. Then I put the folded lachcha semai in the cauldron. Then I mixed coconut and semai so that semaita becomes color pool. The semai became colorful and then I put the semai mixture in the oven for a while more .Then I will mix the powder with milk.

Step 6

Then I took the Semai mixture down from the pot. I put it in a bowl and then with my hands I would take the mixture of semai and make laddu in a round shape. I made laddu in round shape with my hands. And after unloading from Kadai, everything has to be done. The mixture of semai should be made into laddu while it is still hot. If it gets cold, it can no longer be rounded. The laddu will be broken. You have to make it hot. I made it hot too. Then serve alone on a plate with auctioned almond crumbs. It has been very tasty to eat. There has been a lot of delicious food. It can be stored in the fridge for many days and eaten. My mother was very happy to eat laddu with my hand-made lachcha semai.
