Spirituality involves a connection between we human beings with a realm, world, atmosphere, environment, something or someone that is not in our physical world, something or someone bigger than this physical world and us. Spirituality to me is seen as the root of the physical manifestation that we can see. In order word, I believe personally that my spirituality determines what come near me and what I enjoy physically.
It goes far beyond what my eyes can see, what my ears can hear and what I can touch, it is a connection to the divine being and world that placed me or give me an extra edge on the surface of the physical earth.
Many people have their way of defining spirituality but for me, I am a Christian and I believe in Jesus which is the son of God and likewise, I believe in the Holy Ghost which is the Spirit of God and the Spirit of God live and dwell inside me particularly inside my human spirit.
So spirituality to me is the connection I have with the Holy Spirit that lives inside my human spirit and teaches me to become more like Jesus Christ. The more I become like Christ as a result of the teaching, guidance, and training from the Holy Spirit, the more I become spiritual.
The process of relating with the Holy Spirit is also spirituality to me, I learn to hear his voice daily, understand His direction and follow his ways.
My spirituality has a lot of saying in my health, judgement, peace, joy, way of life and how I react to things and handle things. I enjoy the peace the more I become spiritual, and I have more joy because spirituality makes me have a sense of meaning to my life and assure me that there is life for me after death because of the eternal life that dwells in me.
