Fear is an unpleasant emotion that deals with human emotions. Fear is an instinct, and as humans, we are prone to it in response to danger or threat.
If given enough space to occupy one's life or career, fear has the power to weaken human strength. It impedes or even prevents one's success, progression in a relationship, or endeavors. Fear limits our actions and prevents us from winning. Inability to do things correctly or a lack of courage causes us to be afraid that if we decide to act, things will go wrong.
Humans have a plethora of fears that hold them back and cause them to suffer in a variety of ways.

THE FEAR OF FAILURE
We are afraid of failure when we have responsibilities and all odds are stacked against us. This fear may emerge in response to a specific situation, such as pressure from parents, peer groups, career, or educational issues. When fear takes control, humans fail to try new things or find new ways to overcome obstacles during tribulations.

THE FEAR OF GETTING REJECTED
This is most common in relationships, where people are afraid of being rejected by someone they love or are in love with. Fear of receiving a capital NO in response to a request from a loved one or random stranger, fear of being rejected by people of higher status than you. This fear primarily affects poor people who need assistance from someone much wealthier than they are, as they are afraid of taking a step that may result in rejection.

FEAR OF CONFRONTING DIFFICULTIES
Challenges are meant to strengthen us, not break us, but when we fail to fear our fears, we lose the ability to grow and overcome them. We can discover that our fears only have the power we give them by confronting them.

FEAR OF BEING HURT
We all have a fear of being hurt, which causes us to avoid interacting with people, families, and making new friends. Being hurt can break us emotionally or cause us to have sad hearts. People try not to devote all of their emotions to a romantic relationship as collateral damage if they are hurt.

UNCERTAINTY ANXIETY
We are intimidated by uncertainty because we do not know what the future holds, and this phobia is a function of the current life situations we are passing through, leading us to ask the question, 'what will be the outcome of these things?'. Unfortunately, this tends to create anxiety about what could happen in the future. Fear arises from not knowing what tomorrow will bring.

WHY DO WE FEAR?
We fear because it's part of humans. We are born with the intuitive reaction required to react with fear when we observe danger or feel unsafe. It is hardwired into the sense organs and operates instinctively, Fear keeps us safe and It raises our level of consciousness of danger.
When fear comes into our lives, it is a reminder that we should act courageously in any situation, such as proving or committing to something.
