Yes, it is different for everyone. I've always had trouble falling asleep. And just as much trouble waking up early in the morning. I only start to live a little when it is around noon and then later in the afternoon I am fully in my energy and that continues until late in the evening / night.
Since I really noticed that I can force my biological clock to change, I do that as much as possible. But it remains a difficult thing.
It would be a difficult one because most people follow the normal clock and you have to keep up it it.
