Your good habits far outweigh your bad, I think that helping people, reading a lot and cleanliness are excellent addictions (habits) to foster. Phone addiction (you’re not alone in this, haha ❤️🤗💕) can make you lazy so it’s something to watch. Anger does need to be controlled but we all suffer bouts of it.
