Once again with you in an interesting question on a subject that should concern all human beings living on planet earth. Global warming is a worldwide red alert that we must address with great awareness and responsibility. In this sense, I leave you my opinion of what I can do to reduce climate change. In the same way, I congratulate the @ecotrain community for this wonderful reflection question that they present us every week.

How much carbon is going into the atmosphere each day that affects climate change? It is a question for reflection, since global warming in recent decades has brought very dire consequences of precipitation, natural disasters and prolonged droughts that have been produced by the constant and enormous carbon that rises into the atmosphere and generates all these natural disasters. There must be awareness and responsibility in those who control and manage large companies that in one way or another influence to generate constant gases that go directly into the atmosphere and influence the health of all living beings that make up the ecosystem.
In my very particular opinion, I think there should be an education campaign aimed at informing the citizens of a nation about the factors that influence climate change, which should start at the lower levels of basic education and go all the way to higher education. In the company where I work, I am a supervisor and I always undertake industrial safety campaigns and, of course, talk about factors that affect the environment and its influence on climate change. In the same way, I give them guidance on the conscious use of the energy we use in our workplaces, which, without realizing it, also affects climate change. If we do not turn off the air conditioners and lamps in our offices, we will be contributing to more carbon going up into the atmosphere and this will contribute to the affectation of our health. Electricity runs on carbon and if I am not aware of this, I may be contributing to an increase in the global warming problem. I require better awareness to save electricity and ensure better health of the planet. If we undertake the global education campaign on energy saving, of course it will go a long way in reducing climate change.

Another way, which I personally consider that I can use to reduce climate change, is to use public transportation more than my own vehicle. We know that the energy used by vehicles in the world, produce numbers of gases that directly affect the temperature and its daily volume seems uncontrollable. In that sense, it sounds better that instead of using my own vehicle, I can go to my place of work or other personal errands, using public transportation, by which I can reduce climate change. If we really love our planet, we must undertake very conscious activities that will help us to confront global warming in a very dynamic and non-passive way. We must start with the educational campaign, undertake to save electric energy and minimize the use of personal vehicles, giving priority to public transportation. These would be my actions to reduce climate change.

That's right, use of electricity increases the carbon footprint since it consumes various energy sources and emit gases in atmosphere so if we save electricity we save that much gases to release. We have the system in place to educate but very few care to reduce the use of electricity or use it sparingly. Thank you!
You have said well. Awareness is the first step to making people understand the influence of climate change and what we are doing to damage the earth and once they are able to understand the point, the next is to educate them on the solutions to solving the problem of climate change. Thank you for posting on the QOTW.
