Wow! Beautiful place! Full of potentials. Wish I could be your neighbour! But we live so far away! In Thailand! I am also trying to start a like minded community of self-sufficiently living in the near future. But it’s very difficult to find people who are willing to take the plunge! Comfort zones are too reassuring!
