5 WAYS TO ESCAPE FROM PRESSURE AFTER LONG WORKING DAY

I’m a special planet with a special trajectory. Sometimes I fall down like a ball rolling on the slope. The criticism from others, the sound of the car horn, and the hot weather are enough to make me feel bad and just want to be crazy. Have you ever been in this situation? Come on, let’s see five helpful ways I often use to handle uncomfortable issues.

1. Turn off your PC, laptop, and smartphone and go away from them.

How much time do you spend working on them? I bet we are their slaves and you used to tell them: "I will die without them". They can help us do all our work and assignments quickly and easily. But surely they have many reversals. Electric devices caused refractive errors, bad sitting posture caused scoliosis, and diseases related to obesity and overweight. The blue light from them makes us feel strained-eyed, dry, and headache-prone sometimes. So why don’t we leave them and push ourselves off the chair?

2. Nature is our best friend!

If you are already out, guess where we should go? A place with many trees and water like a lake, river, or sea is the best choice for you now. For a while, we'll get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Mother nature will heal your soul and you will feel fine soon. Remember to take a deep breath and give your lungs a lot of fresh air. And put all your problems out of your mind.

3. Eat out and don’t go alone!

Time for dinner. Let’s eat. I believe that you are hungry now. So don’t hesitate to go somewhere to have a great dinner. Eating out with your best friends or your lover couldn't be better. Of course, a delicious dish is one of the best things for you now. You don’t need a fancy restaurant; just a street-side eatery with a special person is enough.

4. Hug them and rest your head on their shoulders.

Yeah, it’s absolutely free for everyone. Lie on their lap and talk with them about all your problems. Sometimes we just need someone who can listen to our stories and understand them. And don’t try to hide your tears. Let's start over, sleeping on both ears.

Be stronger, put all negative criticism out of your mind, reset your soul. Be yourself. You are the host of your show. Remove all of the pressure.

yah, I can see that when you are so tied, hugging someone is the best way to make you feel better, and the fresh air in the natural is a perfect way. I love the vocabulary you use in this port, they are very nice.

When I feel tired, I usually hug my mom. It's so peaceful.
