That's been a hot topic here in SA as we've been living under an extreme lockdown for 5 weeks already. Why on earth the governments of the world did not do what you suggest just totally beats me, they'd rather break the economy. My youngest son rightly said that they're killing the people with hunger before the economy is ruined!
It's a shocking situation for everyone.
