Silent silence and serenity

"The light is on, but no one is at home"
Silent silence and serenity.
I have always liked such snow-covered views, which carry all the silence of the tranquility of this world.
There are films that I love primarily for these views.
And there are countries. My dream is to visit Iceland. But there is another dream. I want to go to Alaska. For me it is a concentration of unbridled strength and primordial harmony.
These kinds of things make the brain calm.
Do you have a calmness in your head? When you don't think at all?

I like to think and thoughts are constantly spinning in my head. It happens that they absorb me so much that I don't even hear any music, or what they tell me, nothing around.
Constant thought processes, especially if they are in conflict and are in a storm, can be tiresome.

Therefore, it is so important to be able to "turn off the system", to freeze.

The moment when you just look not specifically somewhere, but you look through everything. Have you seen what these people look like, have you seen their look? Not when a person thought about it and went into himself. And when he just turned off. A look from the category "The light is on, but there is no one at home."

Recently, I increasingly began to turn off senselessly. Sometimes it doesn't happen at the right time. And these are not seconds, I can lose more than one minute.
And this is not surprising. In the city, I am constantly surrounded by sounds and outside noises. And when there is no way to go to such quiet breathing places, the brain saves itself as best it can.

And although I still feel relatively tolerable, I try to stay afloat in social life, but subconsciously, apparently I need a vacuum, so that no one, nothing, and nothing.
