I came across this contest last minute and decided to enter with a salad,which is a tradition in my family this time of year.So here are the ingredients:
Cauliflower 2 pieces
red peppers 500 g
500 g carrots, grated in advance
celery to taste
For the marinade:
1 l of water
4 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
150 g vinegar

Me encontré con este concurso de última hora y decidí participar con una ensalada, que es una tradición en mi familia en esta época del año.Así que aquí están los ingredientes:
Coliflor 2 piezas
pimientos rojos 500 g
500 g de zanahorias ralladas previamente
apio al gusto
Para el adobo
1 l de agua
4 cucharaditas de sal
4 cucharaditas de azúcar
150 g de vinagre
Preparation:
Put the water, salt and sugar to boil.
Add the vinegar.
Finally chop the cauliflower and peppers coarsely.
Cook for -5 to 6 minutes.
Add the carrots and celery at the end without boiling.
Enjoy!
Preparación:
Poner a hervir el agua, la sal y el azúcar.
Añadir el vinagre.
Por último, picar la coliflor y los pimientos en trozos grandes.
Cocer de 5 a 6 minutos.
Añade las zanahorias y el apio al final, sin hervir.
