It's alarming the number of homeless people in this country.
It's like a circular problem, but you're right, giving them small change doesn't help much.
Shelter from the elements, especially in winter, and protection from the dangers of the night; including criminals and drug dealers that seek to take advantage of them.
These things are heartbreaking 💔
It really is. It's quite easy to walk past them and not care. Sometimes they're even quite a bit of a nuisance, like the ones in my hood, but it's depressing to see them in winter 😔
