I have had the opportunity to care for young children and i would be sharing from my little experience.

When you spend time with a kid you notice a lot of beautiful things about them but ill mention some;
A Pure form of Love
Kids express one of the purest forms of love, its safe to say they love wholeheartedly.
When you give love to a child, you are directly writing in their hearts and they express it back to you in similar measure through their smiles,hugs, giggles and eyes.
In fact being around children can melt the heart of the toughest of men and penetrate the the hardest of hearts. Every one needs to experience this pure kind of love.
Open to Learn
Children are always open to learn things through asking questions and watching the older ones.
This is a great one as it's always said those who ask questions tend not to miss it.
See Good in everything
The heart of a kid is pure and so they tend to see good in people around them and interprete things positively.
A child will always look foward to receive love, care and attention from people around and always trust the good nature of their family.
Dependence
A kid will depend on older ones for grooming and care. They are almost always totally in need of support and assistance with activities of living like bathing, prepearing for school and preparing their meals.
Malleable hearts
Due to their innocence, a child will almost always believe what a care giver says and trust it is the best for them.
However as parents, we need to be careful that kids receive the right information so as not to allow them grow with the wrong ideas.

It Teaches Patience
Every parent had to learn to be patient.A kid know nothing about a lot of things even the simplest of them like how to put on a dress, or even eat their meals.
You have to be there at all times as a parent and although this can be challenging, you will develope the virtue patience.
You will Love Unconditionally
As a parent, your kids will offend you, break your rules but you can't love them any less.
Parenting is a journey of love unconditional which is so beautiful.
Going the Extramile
As a parent, you will always go the extra mile for your kids. Some parents would even work multiple jobs to give their kids they best of all they can give; the love of a parent even in the hardest of conditions will always stand firm.
Protective Instincts
As a parent, you will be suprised at the extent you would go to protect your kids. You can even put on the strength of ten men just to protect your kids if the needs arises.
I remember one day the bus i travelled in had a mother and her two children as passengers and we had an accident. I was suprised that the mother was really hurt but not a scratch on the kids .Suprising, yes but she quickly wrapped herself around her kids when the bus swerved; A Parent's love second to none.
Sacrifice
Show me a parent who hasn't sacrifice and ill show you one who hasn't parented beause to parent means to sacrifice. Parents always make sure their children get the best of what they couldn't get.
Parenting is a beautiful and fulfilling journey. One we should all look foward to over and over again. It is a journey of love and joy. Everything parents do for their children is all out of love and they will do it over again if given the opportunity.
