ooh yeah! nice job! i have to say its hard to me to eat only salads.. i always crave something heavy..but im learning to find ways.. e./g use tahini sauce and nuts instead of bread.. mainly i try to not eat wheat anymore..

i feel you. Tahini is an awesome sauce. I try to eat bread from corn if possible. It tastes much better too.

oh yeah thanks for reminding me! theres so many alternatives to wheat! also chick pea flat bead works well..
