Hello!!! People
Yeah, I guess you guy had a great day, because I had a great and awesome tuesday, so going straight to today topic which is tilted self discipline. I would try to make you guy understand the topic and how you can work on it. So yesterday I talked about self esteem and how to build your self esteem to some certain level and how you help yourself grow more in it, so basically I would be discussing about self discipline which almost the same as self esteem but might having different impact in our life.
You should ask yourself this question! Am I self discipline? Have i bring self disciplined?. This question should be repeating itself in our lives because it applies to many of our daily activities and schedules. Many are self discipline based on how they see themselves and many are not. Take your time carefully as I give you little tips about you gaining your self discipline and how you can be self disciplined too.

What is Self Discipline?? This is the ability for you to have self control over daily activities and also the ability for you to overcome your weakness and objectives. So many might think there are set of people who actually need to be self disciplined like the athletic, army, teacher and many more all because they practiced the same objective for years which enable them accomplished their goals, but we should also be self disciplined too because it pays a big impact in our lifes. Learn to have self control over your life, and the only way to do that is to stop doing so certain thing and start doing so certain or let me say you would have to reduce some activities you do daily. Each and every one has their own objective that we would like to attach but based on the lack of self discipline and self control, they would eventually get distracted in one way or the order. To get rid of all these distraction that does not make you attach your goals, firstly you have to change your lifestyle and start working on moderation, reducing your bad habit and start preparing your self for new habit. So I would be giving you way which would help you build your self control or self discipline that would grow and make impact mentally for a very long time.
Here are my tip on how to work on
your self discipline

1.FIND YOUR WEAKNESS: Everyone has their own weakness,like I said before we have our bad habit and the only way to be self control is by change them, so you just have to identify them and correct them, I know it might take a lot to identify them and also to reduce these habit but always remember that the only way to have self control is to reduce these habits. I could remember my weakness was my phone and video game but when I saw the distraction was to much for me I had to set time limit to them. Now understand, you trying to stop or eradicate the habit or attitude won't build your self discipline but when you try to reduce them would actually build your self discipline and you would notice as time goes on you would eventually stop those habit. Also when build your new habits, always create easy ones that would not give you hard time to accomplish because you trying to build complex habit would be a waste of time and after you would get fed up and most likely continue your old habit back so always create habit for yourself .So if you want to build your self discipline and control, find your weakness's.

2.CREATE PERSONAL STANDARD
Yes,you have to start creating standard for your life, these standard would keep on motivating you to keep pushing in aiming your target and objectives too, when you start setting these standard always make sure every standard made, would be accountable for, because this is where many people struggle, because they set standard that is high that is impossible for them to meet. Remember standard and goal are not the same thing,goals are aim which you want to reach in a particular time or your life while standard are to be attached every single day.
Doing these, help you build your self discipline and control because as long as you set good standard the impossible would be possible within avery short period of time

3SET ALARM: This part is very important because these is were many people found it difficult to escape from. Which is the aspect of our computer accessories like phone,tv, video game, movies and many more. These is an habit that can be stopped because it is kind of bond to human but it can be reduced. So how do we work on our self discipline while having our computer accessories is setting time limit. Then I used to declare the time range which I want to play video game and so on but likely for me I would congress more than that time range, so what I did to solve that problem was to set alarm like an hour alarm for a particular time to another, which doing these method help me build me self discipline and control, so start setting your time alarm and standard to build up your self discipline and control.
