spirituality is living a life without lies and showing utmost sincerity, lies can easily kills self worth and make you so small than how you used to appear in people's eyes, being sincere at all cost would surely add more values to you and what people's expressed about you, would be always good things and nothing bad would be follow, because it is how you keep yourself that is how they would follow you and continuing making your life meaningful and a kind of life someone can relied on and do not think twice or have a bad mind of what he is doing without it is bad or wrong.

A spiritual somebody can not say bad words against someone, he always sees good in people's and never can he decided on something which he knows would hurt another person's so much, trying and keeping to his individuals self worth, is what a spiritual somebody really do, because he can never considered cheating as an answer to anything in life, holiness is their way of seeing things, since he believes in spirituality since is he believes in holiness, holiness is clean and when you are clean, it is only means, putting your heart into something you really want, for the fact that you are clean, you would easily get it and without taking much of your time, a clean (holy) and spirituality somebody is one who can achieve his goals without having to bother his self too much and all he put his minds on would be adhere to him and never cause more than his arrangements and plans to get to his targets, spirituality is a life free from Lies and discriminate, it is also accepting somebody to be what you see them as and not taking them for granted at any point in time.
