Looks like a great day! Hopefully Luna will be tall enough next time. I feel a bit sorry for her, knowing her brother was flying.
I played on playgrounds like those pictured! I don't remember anyone getting hurt, even though we were hurling through space, held fast to metal poles only by our tiny fists. Concrete at our feet. If we did come home with a scrape or two, our parents didn't call the school and threaten to sue, as so many parents do today. One school I worked at recently would get calls if their children came home a tad dirty!
I'm sure insurance determines what safety measures they employ. The insurance industry rules our fears, and thrives on our dread of unlikely disaster.
Luna was okay with her mother on the smaller people course. She had a great time in fact! And probably won't care at all if she is still too small next year ;)
You and me both. Remember a few cuts & bruises but never anything serious.
Just about sums up modern life really. Ridiculous!
You said it sister.
Bring on a new world in which we are not ruled by our fears!
