Thank you for the mention! I like your answer too, and I think this is probably true for a lot of people. I've often wondered what the actual [censored] is wrong with billionaires who just keep adding dollars to their worth as if they didn't have way more than enough many times over. There is no point where they ever say "enough." As someone once pointed out, I think perhaps it was Lee Camp, if anybody else did that with newspapers or collectibles or cats, we'd call them a hoarder and want them to get therapy, but a rich person does it with money and we put them on magazines. It's really disturbing when you think about it. I mean, do I want security? You betcha. I've never had financial security so that would feel wonderful. But eventually I would be like, wow, I'm secure, I gotta share this abundance and help others become more secure! And that would bring me such joy to do so. The billionaire's logic is a mindset that I really can't wrap my brain around. People wanting a nice house or things they enjoy, sure, yeah, I get that. People wanting to hoard money like a dragon while other people go hungry and homeless? Nope, don't get that.
