I was glued to your post till the end. There are good habits that we should keep working on to improve our lives, so also, the bad ones are to get rid of or be eliminated. Though, it is not always easy in the beginning but when one is determined to stop such bad habits because they are damaging our body system, they will have to stop such. Thank you for taking us through your bad habits and changes are already done to them.
