I definitely think the opposite of judgement is empathy, as it works to understand rather than be superficial. It asks us to stand inside someone's shoes. I was bullied pretty badly as a kid, and always felt no one really understood me, so I know how much judgement can really leave lasting damage - so I try not to do it myself. Nice post.

Totally, the damage caused by judging is serious and can stay with us for a long time, the worst thing is that judging is so horrible that it hurts no matter how and with whom you use it. The bullying I suffered in my childhood and adolescence caused destructive self-criticism that cost me to get better.
I hope everything is better for you, thank you very much for reading the post.
