• Lunch: a slice of brown bread + 100 grams of beef or chicken + a plate of mixed salad, or a piece of sandwich bread + a slice of grilled or boiled fish or chicken breasts + a spoonful of light mayonnaise + slices of cucumber and tomato.
• Dinner: 200 grams of boiled or grilled fish, meat or chicken + 150 grams of boiled rice or pasta + boiled or grilled vegetables, or 200 grams of fruit + a cup of fat-free yogurt, or mushrooms and mixed vegetables cooked in the oven with pieces of tofu added. + 100 grams of boiled rice.
