That's a great idea! I always put baking tins on the radiator to dry thoroughly before I put them away in the cupboard - now I can add some vegetables to dry, too! The ginger especially is a great idea, I am never able to use it in time.

How do you use the daikon skins? Do you re-hydrate them?

Sort:  

I soak them in water before I use them. Then I fry them with other veggies. It's quite Japanese-ish thing ;) It has nice biting texture.

I really enjoy making various things dry like a child 😂 My family might be annoyed though ...
