How are you? I hope you are well. Today I have come up with a special recipe for you called egg pitha recipe. This is my favourite recipe.
So let's see what we need to make this recipe.
Ingredients
• egg - 4
• sugar - 2 cup
• ata - 4 cup
• salt
• oil
First you have to break four eggs in a bowl. Then the eggs should be beaten well.
Once the eggs are well beaten, add sugar. The sugars cannot be given together. Pour the sugar little by little. Pour a little sugar and beat. Then when they are melted, you have to add another sugar. In this way you have to beat the whole sugar well. Care should be taken so that the sugar powder does not become a little whole. So beat until the whole sugar is mixed.
When beaten well, add flour to the egg sugar mixture. Flour cannot be mixed together. Add flour little by little and mix. Then you have to make a dough in the clouds with your hands. Then cover with a lid for a while. After a while, remove the lid and apply it by hand again.
Then you have to take a little bread from Atamakha and sand it. Bread can be cut into two with a knife and made into cakes with different designs. That's how you can make cake designs.
In this way all the bread has to be made into a cake by making a sand design. In this way the whole cakes have to be made.
Then put a fry pan in the oven. When the frying pan is hot, pour oil in it. Since pithapuli has to be deep fried, you have to add more oil. When the oil is hot, add some cake in it.
Then the cakes have to be turned upside down. The cakes are red in color and you have to understand. Then sieve with a sieve. In this way all the cakes have to be fried.
This is how my today's egg cake recipe will be made.
