Stress creates an endless lope of worries, anxiety, and negative emotions. We all know how it works and feels yet we can't keep them aside. But you know what, we have to. Because otherwise, you will miss out on life more.
Let's take a look at three simple ways that can help us to keep aside all our stress and live an energized life!
The first thing we need is understanding and acceptance of stress. Once we get to such a point of realization that stress is inevitable, we can focus on other things in life and put effort to make life better through other ways.
Be mindful throughout the day. If you want to live life more, you have to focus on life. As simple as it is. You have to focus on what is going on around you, how you are feeling, what matters more rather than just thinking about 'what if'.
Declutter your life. From your living space to your priorities; from your sources of learning to your responsibilities know what matters most and where you need to put attention. This is the best way I found which gives us a clear understanding of life and makes us more capable to deal with everything better.
Moreover, keep one simple thing in mind that life is what it is. If you choose to think about your worries more, you will end up feeling less engaged in life. So let's cheer up, gather some more energy to put a positive impact on life. And your stress will go away automatically!
No one, absolutely no one in this short life, will be exempt from facing situations that are beyond our ability to solve or change them. However, the only fact of giving ourselves the opportunity to accept things as they are, accepting our limitations, is the great magic step that will open the doors and lead us to the path of inner healing. And it is the only way to continue to feel that we are moving forward, and that despite all the vicissitudes, life is worth living to the fullest. Keep always in mind the wise words.. "if there is no solution, why worry? and if there is certainty that there is a solution, then, why worry...
Thank you very much for your wise advice, my dear @zeesh.
