Thoughts keep going in the past and sometimes in the future too. Thoughts help us to plan or even it keeps our minds busy. What we will be if there are no thoughts? Thoughts keep us alive. It shows us the path to success. And as I was saying it also stuck our mind with unproductiveness. So it's actually our duty to keep and guide what thoughts we want in our minds.
Thoughts are important but keeping some space in our thoughts is also necessary. You may wonder what I'm meaning by this. Let me explain!
We usually rush one thing to another, our mind is always busy to achieve, to plan, and more. Keeping some space means you make room for acceptance, to realize better what is happening and what are you actually thinking. It's like giving our brain the message that life is in constant flux, it's an ever-changing platform. So whatever we plan and do may not work and come out fruitful.
You can pause in between your thoughts, accept life's plan, adapt yourself. This little thing can help us to keep some space and keep reminding us what we really need to think about. There are so many things in life to think about like the deeper meaning of life, finding inner peace, and true form of happiness. But don't you think we let ourselves keep busy thinking so many other things.
