Today, my wife and I went to the QooQoo Juan Station near Juan Station in Incheon.
The appointment time was 1 p.m., so it left around 10 p.m., and I took the West Coast Expressway from Daejeon to Incheon via Seopyeongtaek JC.
On the way up, it rained and I was worried, but when I went up a little further, the rain stopped.
I arrived at around 12:40 p.m. and attended the 70th birthday party of my brother-in-law, who becomes the first son-in-law of my mother-in-law (wife's mother).
QooQoo is a Sushi-Roll & Salad bar with a variety of menus and enjoyed it.
When I came down to Daejeon, I stopped by my mother-in-law's house(wife's mother) in Cheongju and had dinner while coming down the Gyeongbu Expressway.
It was a hard day because of the long drive.

오늘은 아내와 함께 인천 주안역 근처에 있는 쿠우쿠우 주안역점에 다녀왔다.
약속시간이 오후 1시라 10시 정도에 출발했고 대전에 서평택JC를 경유해서 서해안 고속도로를 타고 인천으로 향했다.
올라가는 길에 비도 내리고 걱정했지만 조금 더 올라가니 비가 그쳤다.
오후 12시 40분정도에 도착해서 장모님(와이프의 어머니)의 첫째 사위되시는 형님의 칠순 잔치에 참석하였다.
쿠우쿠우는 Sushi-Roll & Salad Bar로 메뉴 종류도 많고 맛있게 먹었다.
대전으로 내려올때는 경부 고속도로 내려오면서 청주의 장모님댁에 들려서 저녁을 먹고 왔다.
장거리 운전으로 인해 힘든 하루였다.

He ran a comic book store. he enjoyed reading the comic book <Iron Pot is the Best!> and usually sells snacks at a comic book store
He sold a rice cake bok called Biryong Tteokbok, but it was so successful that he closed the comic book shop and went into cooking in earnest.
Watching the black-and-white chef on Netflix made me want to try cooking at fine dining. The opportunity will come.

요즘 재미있게 보고 있는데 넷플릭스의 흑백요리사가 신음하던 파인다이닝(고급레스토랑)업계에 다시 온기가 돌게하고 있다고 한다.
펜데믹 시기를 거치며 파인다이닝 식당들이 줄줄이 문을 닫았다. 한때 예약을 가려받을 정도로
콧대가 높던 서울 강남권 파인다이닝 일부는 메뉴를 줄이고 비싼 원재료 대신 저렴한 대체재를 사용해 가격을 낮췄다.
이런 상황에 넷플릭스 흑백요리사가 인기를 끌자 파인다이닝 예약 증가율은 직전 주보다 150%가 뛰었다고 한다.
경연과정에서 주목받은 출연자 식당은 이미 이달 예약이 모두 찼다.
그중에 제일 관심이 생긴 분은
"만화를 찢고 나온 요리사, 만찢남 조광효"
만화방을 운영했다고 한다. 그때 만화책 <철냄비 짱!>을 너무 재미있게 보기도 했고, 만화방에서 보통 간식도 파니 겸사겸사
비룡 떡복이라는 떡복이를 팔았는데 너무 잘되서 만화방을 접고 본격적으로 요리의 길로 빠졌다고 한다.
넷플릭스 흑백 요리사를 보면서 나도 한번 파인다이닝에서 요리를 먹어보고 싶다는 생각을 갖게 됐다. 기회가 오겠죠.
