Hello friends. Today I would like to tell you about the village of Beycik, where there are many summer houses that I plan to buy.

Beycik; It is a village in the Kemer district of Antalya. The distance between Beycik and Antalya is 60 km. Beycik is a mountainous village just above the Çıralı, Olympos, and Tekirova bays. There are many villas in the forest here. Villas are usually duplexes. rooms are large and spacious. Useful as a summer house. There is a kitchen and a large living room on the ground floor of the houses. Up stairs; There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large balcony. There is a small garden in front of the house. You can plant vegetables or flowers in these gardens. There is a car park in front of the house. There is a large warehouse on the ground floor.
Beycik; Antalya'nın Kemer ilçesinini bir köyüdür. Beycik Antalya'ya arası 60 km. Beycik Çıralı, Olimpos, ve Tekirova koylarının hemen üstünde daglık bir köy. Burada ormanın içinde bir çok villa var. Villalar genellikle duplexs. odalar geniş ve ferah. yazlık ev olarak kullanışlı. Evlerin alt katın da mutfak ve geniş bir salon var. Üst katta; iki yatak odası ve bir banyo var. Evde genis bir balkon var. Evin önünde küçük bir bahçesi var. Bu bahçelere sebze veya çiçek ekebilirsiniz. Evin önünde araç otoparkı var. Zemin katta geniş bir depo var.
The landscape of the site is very beautiful. There are walking paths in the site. A pleasant area for walking. Here you can take a nice walk among many trees and flowers such as pine, linden, quince.
Sitenin peyzajı çok güzel. Site içerisinde yürüş yoları var. Yürüyüş için keyifli bir alan. Bura da Çam, Ihlamur, ayva gibi bir çok ağaç ve çiçekler arasında güzel bir yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz.
There is a large and clean pool on site. My daughter loved the pool. It's also a great place to have a barbecue. We had a barbecue at our friend's house. We ate on the veranda and chatted.
Sitede geniş ve temiz bir havuz var. Havuzu kızım çok sevdi. Barbekü yapmak için de çok güzel bir yer. Biz arkadaşımızın evinde Barbekü yaptık. Veranda da yemek yedik, sohbet ettik.

Gördüğüm en güzel yazlıklardan birisi. Ve her fotoğrafta ağaç var 😱 Antalya' da bu kadar çok ağaç olduğunu görmek beni mutlu etti. Türkiye' nin güneyinde ormanların ve ağaçların az olmasından şikayetçiyim uzun zamandır 😅

Kesinlikle haklısın. Fiyatlar her bölgede çok yükseldi. Antalya da daha da çok yükseldi. Fiyatlar normal olanlar 1.5/2 arası. Üst sınır yok. Bir tane baktım 18 dedi😁.

Evet. Piyasa çok yükseldi. Bütçemize uygun bir yer bulursak almayı çok istiyorum. Pandemiden sonra müstakil mekanların fiyatları inanılmaz arttı.
Yazlıklar çok iyi görünüyor. İmkan varsa gidip kalmak lazım böyle yerlerde. İnsanın bir havası değişir ve haliyle kendini iyi hisseder. Paylaştığınız için teşekkürler.

Umarım. Apartman hayatı artık bizi zorluyor. Müstakil bir ev istiyoruz. Ama fiyatlar çok yüksek. Uygun bir ev bulmak çok zor.
Bizimde eşimle böyle hayalimiz var fakat biz arsa alıp evi ve peyzaj kısmını kendimiz planlamak istiyoruz hem maddiyat olarak da bizce daha uygun olabilir.

Ayrıca Antalyaya 60 km. mesafe çokta uzak sayılmaz. Havası ayrı manzarası ayrı güzel benim hoşuma gitti. Umarım güzel bir eve sahip olursunuz.
