It is a very difficult and stressful situation, give yourself some time to feel better, if you put pressure on it, it may only generate guilt, it is difficult when a strong event happens, perhaps it will help you to meditate before going to sleep or some breathing meditation audio to be able to sleep, They have helped me in difficult moments, I hope you feel better soon.
