I know some people who don’t like to eat when they are not happy or on a day that is not so good. Their mood affects their taste bud so they don’t get to eat but as for me, no matter what mood or even a day that is not so good, I still always make sure that I eat and that time, I would not just eat something that doesn’t make sense but eat something like a dessert that will make me happy since I love it.
In life, we have good days and not-so-good days, I think that on a not-very-good day, eating something special — a typical dish, a dessert, a delicious snack — manages to raise those spirits, I would love for you to share a recipe for that wonderful dish that makes the joy return and makes your day better.
On a not so good day, I feel the only way I can complement myself by feeling good is by eating so that I will at least have a good part of the day. Also, the fact that I just want to eat doesn’t mean I will eat what I don’t like so I just take doughnuts and beverage when I’m having a not so good day.
A beverage can be any kind of drink to me because I’m not really choosy when it comes to that but I think Soda goes well with doughnuts and that’s what I like.
If my day isn’t going well, a piece of doughnut and Pepsi can make my day. I’ve been used to that and I don’t think that may change anytime soon.
