Solo que debemos tener mucho cuidado con lo que consumimos , ya que indiscutiblemente, "somos lo que comemos" diciendo esto , sin más preámbulo los dejo con mi entrada al concurso.
1️⃣ ¡Es la temporada! Desde Halloween hasta otras festividades, ¡la comida está en el centro de todo! Ya sean platos principales o delicias como postres y dulces, la mezcla heterogénea no tiene fin. ¿Cómo lidias con la abundancia y evitas comer en exceso, o no? ¿Qué consejos puedes ofrecer para mantenerlo bajo control?
Ciertamente estos últimos meses del año se convierten en tiempos de festividad en general, primero, el festejo de Halloween que aunque no soy asidua a tal celebración, no puedo darle la espalda a las costumbres que se asumen a mi alrededor y efectivamente; son diversas las delicias gastronómicas que la caracterizan; especialmente, los dulces.
El agua fomenta la salud gastrointestinal , es antioxidante ; nos ayuda a execrar infecciones , virus, bacterias, cuerpos extraños que se entrometen en nuestro organismo por nuestra ingesta diaria, nos mantiene hidratados en fin ; el agua es bien llamado líquido vital puesto que son innumerables los beneficios que aporta a nuestro organismo y sin el , no podríamos sobrevivir más de unos cuantos días.
Además del control de dulces y el consumo más que suficiente de agua , me uno al consumo de una dieta balanceada en cada uno de mis momentos gastronómicos; incluyendo la proteína animal ( pollo, carne, pescado) el carbohidrato, los lípidos en prudentes proporciones y la debida ración de frutas y hortalizas que el cuerpo necesita en función del aporte de vitaminas, minerales y todos los nutrientes requerido para su normal funcionalismo.
Uno de los momentos gastronómicos donde suelo comer en cantidades mesura les y reducir al máximo el consumo de grasas y carbohidratos pesados, como el pan blanco, la pasta y el arroz; es la cena.
Iniciando con el desayuno, que es la comida más importante del día luego de largas horas de ayuno, por supuesto, antes del mismo me tomo mi taza de café negro en una decente proporción y con poca azúcar.
En términos generales, de estas son mis estrategias cotidianas para mantener parámetros de ingesta alimentaria saludable; donde el balance en las comidas, el no abusar de los excesos con dulces, grasas y carbohidratos; no solo los mantengo a raya en épocas de Halloween, sino durante todo el año en función de cuidar nuestro cuerpo que es un templo ; así lo dice la palabra de Dios y nada más cercano a la realidad.
Luego de esta festividades vienen las navidades, las cuales se caracterizan por muchos platos típicos deliciosos pero cargados de calorías y acompañados de muchos dulces ( hallacas, bollos navideños, pan de jamón, tortas negras, panetones, dulces de lechosa etc).
En cuanto a la abundancia , lamentablemente en nuestro país ha mermado la misma sobretodo en estas épocas navideñas por la difícil situación socioeconómica existente , más bien , privilegiados los que puedan caer en excesos jaja se aprovechan de la bendecida situación ; pero en términos generales,b se debe tener la misma precaución en pro de una alimentación saludable en todo el año.

Certainly these last months of the year become times of festivity in general, first, the Halloween celebration that although I am not a regular at such a celebration, I cannot turn my back on the customs that are assumed around me and indeed; There are diverse gastronomic delights that characterize it; especially sweets.
Water promotes gastrointestinal health, is an antioxidant; It helps us excrete infections, viruses, bacteria, foreign bodies that intrude into our body through our daily intake, it keeps us hydrated in short; Water is aptly called vital liquid since the benefits it brings to our body are innumerable and without it, we could not survive more than a few days.
In addition to controlling sweets and consuming more than enough water, I join in consuming a balanced diet in each of my gastronomic moments; including animal protein (chicken, meat, fish), carbohydrates, lipids in prudent proportions and the proper portion of fruits and vegetables that the body needs based on the supply of vitamins, minerals and all the nutrients required for its normal functionalism.
One of the gastronomic moments where I usually eat in measured quantities and reduce the consumption of fats and heavy carbohydrates as much as possible, such as white bread, pasta and rice; It's dinner.
Starting with breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day after long hours of fasting, of course, before it I drink my cup of black coffee in a decent proportion and with little sugar.
In general terms, these are my daily strategies to maintain healthy food intake parameters; where balance in meals, not abusing excesses with sweets, fats and carbohydrates; I not only keep them at bay during Halloween times, but throughout the year in order to take care of our body, which is a temple; This is what the word of God says and nothing is closer to reality.
After these festivities come Christmas, which is characterized by many delicious typical dishes but loaded with calories and accompanied by many sweets (hallacas, Christmas buns, ham bread, black cakes, panettones, lechesa sweets, etc.).
As for abundance, unfortunately in our country it has diminished especially during these Christmas seasons due to the difficult existing socioeconomic situation; rather, privileged are those who can fall into excesses haha, they take advantage of the blessed situation; But in general terms, the same caution should be taken in favor of healthy eating throughout the year.
