1️⃣ ¿Has probado el mindfulness o la meditación? ¿Qué técnicas funcionan mejor para ti?
Para serles sincera, el término mindfulness en teoría, no es algo que haya manejado en mi cotidianidad, de hecho, el concurso lo trajo a mi memoria como un insight. Sin embargo, la meditación si me es muy familiar tanto en teoría, como en la práctica en mi rutina diaria y es que como no usar la meditación en esta era moderna en la que el estrés, tomo forma como la patología del siglo azotando la humanidad.
Con el ritmo acelerado en el que estamos inmersos a todo nivel, la sociedad enfrenta cada día cambios relevantes en todo ámbito y también, se acrecentan las diversas necesidades para el subsistir con calidad de vida; aunado a esto, se presentan situaciones apremiantes con las que lidiar y todo ese compendio de circunstancias acumuladas en una mente humana , es casi imposible que no cause estragos.
En definitiva, si no buscamos como seres humanos que somos, quizás vulnerables a este cúmulo de situaciones que se nos pueden escapar de las manos, una vía efectiva en función de concentrarnos en disminuir los niveles de estrés y en hacer catarsis de todo aquello que nos turba en pro de la autoconciencia con el
fin consolidar un bienestar general orgánico que impregne nuestro alrededor ; la locura podría llegar a invadirmos sin exageración.
Por esto y más, considero y práctico la meditación como la mejor manera de drenar y lograr por medio de una concentración conciente, minimizar los niveles de estrés que causen toxicidad en mi ser manifestándose en mi entorno.
Acompaño la meditación frecuente en mi rutina diaria con pensamientos en positivos todo el tiempo , es decir, si no deseo que llueva a pesar de un clima evidente para la misma; pido al universo sin cesar que "sea un dia de sol esplendido" y no que No llueva , puesto que solo la palabra NO , predispone al universo a conspirar negativamente a mi petición.

Greetings dear community of beautiful hiver ladies, it is a pleasure to be present in a new edition of your weekly contests, this time, in #213 in which through two questions, we can express relevant data about our lifestyle, whose experience can provide feedback to other hiver friends. In particular, I will base my participation on question number 1 of the contest, regarding meditation, I think it is great.
1️⃣ Have you tried mindfulness or meditation? What techniques work best for you?
To be honest, the term mindfulness in theory is not something that I have used in my daily life, in fact, the contest brought it to my memory as an insight. However, meditation is very familiar to me both in theory and in practice in my daily routine and how can I not use meditation in this modern era in which stress takes shape as pathology of the century plaguing humanity.
With the accelerated pace in which we are immersed at all levels, society faces relevant changes every day in all areas and also, the various needs to survive with quality of life increase; In addition to this, there are pressing situations to deal with and all that compendium of circumstances accumulated in a human mind, it is almost impossible not to cause havoc.
In short, if we do not seek as human beings, perhaps vulnerable to this accumulation of situations that can get out of hand, an effective way to focus on reducing stress levels and catharsis of everything that bothers us. mob for self-awareness with the
aim to consolidate a general organic well-being that permeates our surroundings; madness could invade us without exaggeration.
For this and more, I consider and practice meditation as the best way to drain and achieve, through conscious concentration, minimizing stress levels that cause toxicity in my being manifesting in my environment.
I accompany frequent meditation in my daily routine with positive thoughts all the time, that is, if I do not want it to rain despite the obvious weather; I ask the universe incessantly that "it will be a day of splendid sunshine" and not that it Not rain, since only the word **NO** , predisposes the universe to conspire negatively to my request.
