How beautiful I look here, right? Being an empowered woman that I find hard to believe, who achieves her goals despite the adversities in a country like Venezuela and asks that we all live well.
Although it may seem difficult, it is not, if you pursue your dreams. If you yearn to achieve your goals. Six years ago I would have emigrated from the country, I have a passport that I can't renew because I still don't have the money. Even so, working in my profession in Venezuela is difficult when the minimum wage is about 3 dollars.
Even so, I continue preparing myself, I want to be a graduate and I want to continue studying about my profession even though Physiotherapy is new in my city. I feel that this is something that not even the president of my country will ever be able to take away from me.
Finally, there is a phrase from the Central University of Venezuela that I love very much and it is “The House that overcomes the Shadows” and you may ask yourself, what shadows? Education overcomes ignorance, although in Venezuela, education has been left aside, here, we continue to believe.
Que bella me veo aquí, ¿Cierto? Siendo una mujer empoderada que me cuesta creer, que logra sus metas a pesar de las adversidades en un país como Venezuela y pide que todos vivamos bien.
Aunque se vea difícil, no lo es, si persigues tus sueños. Si anhelas cumplir tus objetivos. Hace 6 años hubiera emigrado del país, tengo el pasaporte que no lo puedo renovar porque aún no tengo el dinero. Aún así, trabajar de mi profesión en Venezuela, es difícil cuando el salario mínimo es como de 3 dólares.
Aún así, sigo preparándome, quiero ser Licenciada y quiero seguir estudiando sobre mi profesión aunque la Fisioterapia sea nueva en mi Ciudad. Siento que esto es algo, que ni el presidente de mi país me lo podrá quitar jamás.
Por último, hay una frase de la Universidad Central de Venezuela que me encanta mucho y es "La Casa que vence las Sombras" y te preguntarás, ¿Qué Sombras? La educación vence la ignorancia, aunque en Venezuela, la educación la hayan dejado a un lado, aquí, seguimos creyendo.
