Es un grato placer poder participar en un nuevo concurso de esta grandiosa comunidad que siempre nos ayuda a recordar lo empoderada y sobre todo valiosas que somos.
Cómo mujeres tenemos muchas tareas diarias y más si hay hijos de por medio, yo aún no tengo hijos y las labores de la casa están compartidas porque vivo con mis papás así que todo aún está más ligero sin embargo eso no quiere decir que no tenga mis responsabilidades como mujer trabajadora y en el hogar.
La vida está llena de buenos momentos, a veces los más simples nos llenan la vida de alegría y más que todo de recuerdos inolvidables; hay hasta días de soledad que nos reconfortan el alma.
Está primera foto fué el día de mi acto de grado, sin duda alguna es uno de los días más felices de mi vida el haber obtenido mi título como profesional además de no solo hacerme feliz a mí sino también a mi familia que se llenaron de completo orgullo. En la foto soy la última que aparezco, estoy con mi mejor amigo y dos compañeras de estudio que me apoyaron mucho en este camino como estudiante universitario.
Compartir con mi familia siempre siempre me hace feliz, reír con ellos, hablar, compartir un rico café, me llena el alma y logra que mis días grises sean más llevaderos porque días como este que les estoy compartiendo en la foto cuando estoy algo cabizbaja me ayuda a subir el ánimo y recordarme que la vida no es tan mala como a veces creemos. La foto fue tomada el 31 de diciembre de 2022 que viajamos a dónde vive la mayoría de nuestra familia y pasamos un fin de año súper alegre; también estoy atrás al lado de mis primos.
En esta fotografía estoy con unas amigas celebrando el cumpleaños de una de ellas, fue un día muy alegre ya que bailamos, reímos y como son personas que vibran con mi misma energía me alegra compartir con ellas logrando que cada vez que nos vemos sean días inolvidables. Estoy de segunda, con la franela color naranja.
2.Tu "tiempo para MÍ" es muy importante, especialmente para las mujeres que somos amas de casa. Tendemos a involucrarnos tanto en los asuntos cotidianos del hogar que nos olvidamos de que también necesitamos atención y tiempo para nosotras mismas. ¿Tienes un "tiempo para MÍ"? ¿Cómo pasas ese "tiempo YO"? Comparte tu "tiempo para MÍ", ya sea dedicándote a un hobby o a una actividad que te produzca placer, calme tu mente y te aporte felicidad.
Aún no existe momento más placentero para mí que estar conmigo misma, por supuesto que disfruto estar acompañada, para muestra de ello las fotos que les compartí sin embargo he aprendido que estar solita consintiendome me hace muy feliz, cuando no voy al trabajo me encanta sentarme en la sala de mi casa a tomarme una taza de café y pensar en todo lo bueno que tengo en mi vida, y también a planear nuevas cosas. Algo que me relajada inmensamente es arreglarme las uñas de los pies ya que me encanta tener mis pies bonitos porque es una de las partes de mi cuerpo que más amo.
Cuando estoy sobrecargada tiendo a llorar muchísimo en la noche, lloro hasta que siento que ya no puedo más y muchos dirán que mal sin embargo a mí me ayuda, ya que sacó todo eso negativo de mí y lo mejor de todo que aunque amanezco con los ojos hinchados me levanto con más fuerza, me pongo bella y me voy para la calle a hacer cualquier cosa; a quien no le gusta arreglarse y verse en el espejo aún más bella, tomarnos fotos eso a mí me sube el autoestima por completo.
Soy una mujer como cualquier otra llena de grietas, de dolor pero soy una mujer perfecta tal cual soy ya que he aprendido a amarme con los sin sabores que en mí existen, aprendiendo todos los días y potenciando mis talentos. Las invito a continuar amándonos así de bellas como somos y a no olvidar que somos únicas ♥️.

It is a pleasure to be able to participate in a new contest of this great community that always helps us to remember how empowered and above all valuable we are.
As women we have many daily tasks and more if there are children in between, I still do not have children and the housework is shared because I live with my parents so everything is even lighter but that does not mean that I do not have my responsibilities as a working woman and at home.
Life is full of good moments, sometimes the simplest ones fill our lives with joy and most of all with unforgettable memories; there are even days of loneliness that comfort our souls.
This first photo was the day of my graduation ceremony, without a doubt it is one of the happiest days of my life to have obtained my degree as a professional, besides not only making me happy but also my family who were filled with complete pride. In the picture I am the last one to appear, I am with my best friend and two classmates who supported me a lot in this path as a university student.
Sharing with my family always makes me happy, laughing with them, talking, sharing a delicious coffee, fills my soul and makes my gray days more bearable because days like this one I am sharing in the photo when I am a little down helps me to lift my spirits and remind me that life is not as bad as we sometimes think. The photo was taken on December 31, 2022 when we traveled to where most of our family lives and spent a very happy New Year's Eve; I'm also in the back with my cousins.
In this picture I am with some friends celebrating the birthday of one of them, it was a very happy day as we danced, laughed and as they are people who vibrate with my same energy I am happy to share with them making every time we see each other are unforgettable days. 2. Your "ME time" is very important and for us women especially who are homemakers. We tend to get so involved in the day-to-day affairs of the home, that we forget that we need self-care and attention as well and time for ourselves. Do you have a "ME time?" How do you spend that "ME time?" Share your "ME time," whether it is engaging yourself in a hobby, or an activity which brings pleasure to you and calms your mind and brings happiness to you.
There is still no more pleasant moment for me than being with myself, of course I enjoy being accompanied, for proof of this the photos I shared with you, however I have learned that being alone pampering myself makes me very happy, when I do not go to work I love to sit in the living room of my house to have a cup of coffee and think about all the good things I have in my life, and also to plan new things. Something that relaxes me immensely is getting my toenails done because I love to have my feet beautiful because it is one of the parts of my body that I love the most.
When I am overloaded I tend to cry a lot at night, I cry until I feel I can't take it anymore and many will say that it's bad, but it helps me, because it takes all that negative stuff out of me and best of all, even though I wake up with swollen eyes I wake up stronger, I get beautiful and I go to the street to do anything; who doesn't like to dress up and see themselves in the mirror even more beautiful, take pictures and that raises my self-esteem completely.
I am a woman like any other, full of cracks and pain, but I am a perfect woman just as I am because I have learned to love myself with the tastelessness that exists in me, learning every day and enhancing my talents. I invite you to continue loving each other as beautiful as we are and not to forget that we are unique ♥️.
