Greetings, my dear Ladies of Hive. I hope you are doing very well with abundant health and well-being.

I share my participation in the #213 edition of the contest to which we are invited, weekly, by the Ladies of Hive. On this occasion, I am going to answer the questions proposed by our friend @jane1289 for this week.

Comparto mi participación en la edición #213 del concurso al que nos invitan, semanalmente, las Damas de Hive. En esta ocasión, voy a responder las preguntas que nos ha propuesto la amiga @jane1289 para esta semana.

In several posts I have shared my habits to stay healthy, even with a busy schedule. The most important thing is to organize myself well and not lose sight of taking care of my body and mind. I love to start the day with a routine that recharges me: a glass of warm water with some apple cider vinegar, and if there's not time for much, quick stretches at home or a brisk walk.


I'm also careful with my eating. I plan my meals with healthy choices. If I know I'm going to be running all day, I bring snacks like fruit or nuts, more nuts than fruit really, I always have almonds or pistachios in my purse.

En varias publicaciones he compartido mis hábitos para mantenerme saludable, incluso con una agenda ocupada. Lo más importante es organizarme bien y no perder de vista el cuidado de mi cuerpo y mi mente. Me encanta empezar el día con una rutina que me recargue: un vaso de agua tibia con un poco de vinagre de manzana, y si no hay tiempo para mucho, estiramientos rápidos en casa o una caminata rápida.

También soy cuidadosa con mi alimentación. Planifico mis comidas con opciones saludables. Si sé que voy a estar corriendo todo el día, llevo snacks como frutas o frutos secos, más frutos secos que frutas realmente, siempre tengo en mi cartera almendras o pistachos.

I recently added a new habit that has been a great discovery: meditation and mindfulness. I tried them at a time of great stress and sadness in my life and, to my surprise, they work very well for me. I try my best to dedicate a few minutes a day to practice, either by breathing deeply or just being present in the moment. I find that this helps me to clear my mind and manage stress better.



At the end of the day, staying healthy is all about small habits that, while simple, make a big difference in how I feel each day physically, mentally and emotionally.

Hace poco sumé un nuevo hábito que ha sido un gran descubrimiento: la meditación y la atención plena. Las probé en un momento de mucho estrés y tristeza en mi vida y, para mi sorpresa, me funcionan muy bien. Hago lo posible por dedicar unos minutos al día para practicar, ya sea respirando profundamente o simplemente estando presente en el momento. Considero que esto me ayuda a despejar la mente y a manejar mejor el estrés

Al final del día, mantenerme saludable se trata de pequeños hábitos que, aunque sencillos, hacen una gran diferencia en cómo me siento cada día física, mental y emocionalmente.

Ever since my late roommate departed I promised her that I would make healthier food choices for me and my sons. Meanwhile, I continue to slowly make improvements to get back my health. Thank you @aurodivys ❤️

It's so pleasing living a healthy lifestyle and glad you are on that path.

Almonds and pistachios are quite expensive hehe.. I go for veggies.
It's good that you started meditating. But it will be effective if done consistently and patiently.
