Potato and Sasindha fry recipe.

I made my recipe for this evening, for dinner. A nutritious meal with very simple ingredients. Today I came to share this simple recipe with you.

Ingredients needed for this recipe: -

  • 6 potatoes
  • Sasindha-1 piece
  • Onion-1 piece
  • Pepper - 4 piece
  • 1 tomato
  • Turmeric powder - half a teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for frying

Preparation for cooking: -

  • I peeled the potatoes, I peeled Sasindha too. Then I cut these into small pieces. I washed them with water.

  • I chopped the onion and tomato, I cut the chillies into slices.

Start cooking: -

  • I put it in the oven with a frying pan, in the meantime I fried it with 1 tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot, I add chopped onion and sliced ​​chilli. After frying them for a while, I started stirring again with garlic. Then I gave it to the chopped tomatoes. In the meantime I gave turmeric powder and salt. I kept frying them well.

  • When they are fried, I give them a small amount of water so that they do not stick to the pan. Then I gave them chopped potatoes and sasindha, after giving them I fried them.
    I fried them well with a fork. After a while I covered them with a lid.

  • As a result of frying with a lid, they were fried with the water that was in the potatoes and sasindha. I continued to cook for about 15-20 minutes. Sometimes I opened the lid and shook the potatoes so that they would not stick to the pan. That's how I finished the whole cooking. It became very easy to fry potatoes and sasindha.
