Contrary to question 1, despite how strong your work may be, do you take it as an escape from the everyday tasks of the home.
Let's begin by understanding what is stress can be seen as a state where once mental or emotional state are over stretched. It can also be seen as overloading the the mind with so many issues that doesn't have solutions at instant. In as much as we are talking about job stress this week I am with the opinion that a woman's work or job should not be an scape for keeping the home. If you're work must not affect your home the following point should be put in to consideration

1. You must b deligent this simply means hard work. No matter how demanding the job schedule maybe with deligence, for instance waking up early will enable up keep of the home .
   2.discipline is the act of doing the right thing at the right time. So if the job and the home and the manager of both will not suffer time management is necessary. There is time for everything, there is a time to work and a time to be home each should be allocated it's time so that the house chores should not be undermine or neglected
2. Determination is working with a focus achieve to something.With determination job schedule should not be a reason where home chores Will suffer. What you're determine to will make your see reason to do it and vice versa.

 With the above mentioned point, there shall be no stress. Failure to observe this 3 point leads to sress, problems in the home and can even affects ones health. This the way I handled stress. Thank you.
