Well that was a real unexpected surprise! get on the scale! I can't believe I managed to loose weight despite eating cupcakes and chocolates for breakfast, lunch and supper! Lol.
I have been trying to balance it out with fruit and low carb eating but this weekend was a total spoil with WAY too much wine and a lot of delicious food, made by my incredible family.❤️❤️❤️
Also, this week was shark week, and a horrible one at that. I think my biological clock is stepping it up, trying to force me to breed as time starts ticking down to menopause. I already have perimenopause ( I think) so I sweat CONSTANTLY and I'm always overheating. I'm like "thanks stupid uterus, for giving me the best of both worlds 🙄🙄🙄
Weight loss is looking good this week and I have finally hit under the 114 mark which is what I was weighing this time last year! I am super happy!
Measurements are also looking good although there is still some bloating, which can be expected, going on since my period is not over.
Overall, it's been a fantastic birthday week for me!

Well you see, truthfully, you don't put on or gain the weight immediately so I'll probably only see the affects next week. But yeah, at least my water retention is down: I drink almost 3lt per day but sweat it all out an night 🤦♀️
