Well, I guess is was inevitable that the cupcakes would catch up with me! Especially at the rate I was eating them!! till, a 700g gain is not tooooo bad, but a sign that I must watch out! And with an extra birthday party happening tomorrow, I will be baking like crazy tonight (and sampling, of course!)

sigh yes I even had an electrician look at it for me as the person I got it from converted the power source from an ordinary oven outlet that could handle the load, to a 3 prong plug!! I know you've converted it back but god knows what's wrong now 🙄🙄😵💫😵💫
