Ginger cookies are Nick's favourite! He'll love it. I need to go get more butter. You tend to forget how much butter you use when you make GOOD cookies.
omg yes, you go through butter like crazy!!! You can cheat a bit and use a catering restaurant trick which is Marvello margarine. Half the price and tasted exactly like butter. It also acts exactly like butter :)
I will see if I can pick it up! Because my peanut butter is salt and sugar free, I usually use salted butter
