I have never had it. It sounds and looks amazing. My mouth is watering thinking about it coming of the grill sizziling hot. I doubt we could find it over here as it sounds like it is a regional thing.

Yeah from the grill is best, I tell you! And of course sometimes we get a little less quality somewhere but overall it's super tasteful, like you can't compare it to "normal" pork at all.

I read that in US it's very expensive, but I guess that's normal because even some typical Dutch groceries I buy here in Spain are already overpriced for what they are, if it has to cross some big waters from here to US I think it's definitely much more expensive.

To be honest, I don't know anything about the price it would have in the supermarkets because I only ate it as tapas or plates in restaurants and bars so far. I have no clue if it's very cheap or not. Will check to compare to other pork.. Maybe the other pork is more expensive here, don't know.
