It's Saturday night. I'm sprawled out on the couch reflecting on my day. π€
It's also the first day of a new financial year here in Australia and the first day of a new month, which means it's Hive Power Up Day! π
I've been pretty quiet both as a Ladies of Hive member but also as a Hiver in general. I shifted into working on a big project in my business and something had to give. π€·ββοΈ
My content creation skills were poured into teaching a rare group of people about themselves through a personality profiling system called Human Design. I love it and creating entire courses from scratch take a lot of work. π₯΄
I'm not 100% back here yet the way I was even 3 or 4 months ago but I didn't want a HPUD to slip past without powering up and writing a post. Especially since I'm very close to getting a reputation of 70 and this means soon I will be ineligible for many of the HPUD contests. {I'm reminding myself that this is a good "problem" to have. π}
Anyhoo, I meant to write you a post to answer this week's question shared in the LOH Community:
What would your perfect Saturday be like?
I reckon waking up early to see the sunrise would be pretty rad. π
Then going for a run to meet up with friends would be fun. Maybe I could even do a whole parkrun and chat with a friend of mine about meaningful topics that make us feel connected and even happier than when we began. πββοΈπ
After that I imagine we could go for coffee at a local cafΓ© and spend more time with friends talking about work, family and how we're making our lives work better. Maybe there are even more hugs shared between friends while we're there. π€
I guess we could make the most of being close to the shops (lucky us) and buy some things we need before heading home to a hot shower. Maybe, in my imagination, the shower is big enough for my partner and I to both shower together and even have sex while we're in there. That would be awesome. π
I reckon the perfect Saturday would mean there's no rush to do anything so we could take our time to make lunch, and eat it. We could take our time to tick off tasks that are important to each of us. And we could even plan upcoming travel that we are excited about doing. βοΈ
I guess the perfect Saturday would have to include a long stroll through the beautiful bush near our home, in mild weather that makes it really enjoyable. We might even pass other people who are out doing the same and share a "hello" and a smile as we pass each other. π
Perhaps a neighbour would call out and say, "Hey, do you want any oranges? My tree is full of them!" And maybe I'd walk the last few steps home with oranges and a bonus lemon in my hands. ππ
Indeed, I think we'd get home before it got too dark and too cold, and while there was still sufficient light I'd make an easy, yummy, healthy dinner for us both. π
And then, before I know it, maybe I'd find myself sprawled out on the couch next to the heater, reflecting on my day. π€
Oh wait...
Maybe I've just had my perfect Saturday. π
