Sleep? It's been almost 18 years since I had my old sleep. Obviously not a mother and hope this doesn't strike fear in you, hehe. I learned early on that 5 hours of sleep is incredible long time. Your body will adjust to your new sleep patterns once you get your maximum sleep time.

It's a sacrifice that is all worth it. May the coming days treat you well 😊

Haha, I used to sleep at least 6hrs a day in order to be productive 😂,

Now I am okay at least four 😁
