El termino empoderamiento se puede definir como la acción de poder, esa capacidad para realizar las cosas, que es lo que décadas atrás no gozaban las mujeres, autonomía, poder de decisión, y por largo tiempo se creo el estándar del sexo débil al pasar el tiempo esta idea fue desapareciendo con la llegada del empoderamiento femenino, inspirando a muchas mujeres a tomar las riendas de su vida, teniendo voz propia en la toma de decisiones.

The term empowerment can be defined as the action of power, that ability to do things, which is what decades ago women did not enjoy, autonomy, decision-making power, and for a long time the standard of the weaker sex was created, as time went by this idea disappeared with the arrival of female empowerment, inspiring many women to take control of their lives, having their own voice in decision making.

Experiencia personal/Personal experience
Desde niña tuve un pensamiento firme, siempre pensé que debía estudiar, prepararme para no depender de ningún hombre o persona, no quería por ninguna circunstancia sentirme menospreciada, suprimida, callada u oprimida por no tener la capacidad tanto monetaria como intelectual, pienso que la mejor manera de empoderarse es salir de la ignorancia; es decir, del desconocimiento de las cosas y que mejor manera que preparándonos.

Since I was a child I had a firm thought, I always thought I should study, prepare myself to not depend on any man or person, I did not want for any circumstance to feel belittled, suppressed, silent or oppressed for not having the ability both monetary and intellectual, I think the best way to empower oneself is to leave ignorance; that is, the ignorance of things and what better way than preparing ourselves.

2️⃣ ¿Qué te gustaría decirles a las jóvenes de hoy, qué consejo les darías?

2️⃣ What would you like to tell young women today, what advice would you give them? .
A los jóvenes le sugiero que estudien, que se preparen, vivimos en un continuo movimiento, avances tecnológicos y en todos los ámbitos, el mundo da pasos gigantesco, quedarse estancados no es una opción, por eso los insto a empoderarse a través del conocimiento y conocimiento es saber, saber es autonomía.

I suggest young people to study, to prepare themselves, we live in a continuous movement, technological advances in all areas, the world is taking giant steps, staying stagnant is not an option, so I urge them to empower themselves through knowledge and knowledge is to know, knowledge is autonomy.
En mi localidad he visto como el sueño de muchas jóvenes se ha truncado por la ignorancia, dejan un lado sus estudios y se dedican a la crianza aun sin estar ni preparadas ni en edad para cumplir ese rol, estamos hablando en edades comprendidas entre los 11 y 14 años, la gran mayoría no pasan de los 15 años y ya tienen mas de un hijo, duele ver en su rostro reflejado la tristeza han perdido su autonomía y depende de su pareja, es decir, están a su merced, muchas sufren maltrato tanto físico como psicológico, destruyendo así su autoestima.
Hoy les digo jóvenes, que para todo hay tiempo, es bonito quemar las etapas de la vida, estudien, profesionalicesen, quiten de su mente que por ser mujer estan limitadas, en la actualidad la mujer ha demostrado que puede hacer mucho, no solo ama de casa, vemos abogadas, ingenieras, realizando deportes que requieren un alto rendimiento físicos y en los negocios altas empresarias.

In my town I have seen how the dream of many young girls has been truncated by ignorance, they leave aside their studies and devote themselves to parenting even without being prepared or age to fulfill that role, we are talking about ages between 11 and 14 years, It hurts to see the sadness reflected in their faces, they have lost their autonomy and depend on their partner, that is, they are at his mercy, many suffer both physical and psychological abuse, thus destroying their self-esteem.
Today I say to you young people, that for everything there is time, it is nice to burn the stages of life, study, professionalize, remove from your mind that because you are a woman you are limited, today women have shown that they can do a lot, not only housewives, we see lawyers, engineers, doing sports that require high physical performance and in business high entrepreneurs.
Como mujer puedes lograr grandes retos, solo debes creer, recuerda Dios te hizo perfecta, no lo olvides.
