Impact by Self-love (A story)

Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Maya. Maya had always been a bit of a people-pleaser. She would go out of her way to make others happy, even if it meant sacrificing her own happiness and well-being. Maya didn't realize it at the time, but this was a form of self-neglect.

One day, Maya had an epiphany. She realized that she had been neglecting herself for far too long, and it was time to make a change. Maya decided to embark on a journey of self-love.

At first, Maya found it difficult to prioritize herself. She felt guilty for taking time for herself, as she had always put others first. But slowly, she began to make small changes in her daily routine. She started going for walks in nature, reading books that she enjoyed, and taking long baths with candles and relaxing music.

As Maya started to prioritize herself more, she noticed a significant change in her mental and emotional well-being. She felt more confident, content, and fulfilled. She no longer felt the need to seek validation from others, as she had found validation within herself.

Maya continued on her journey of self-love, and it wasn't always easy. There were times when she would slip back into her old habits of neglecting herself. But she learned to recognize these patterns and would always get back on track.
