Antes que nada, quiero felicitar a la comunidad de LOH por darnos siempre la posibilidad a las mujeres de dar nuestra opinión sobre distintos temas. Esto m encanta porque dentro de una multitud de ideas es posible encontrar la que necesite para seguir mejorando, tanto como persona como en calidad de vida.
A continuación voy a dar la respuesta a una de las dos preguntas que nos dieron esta semana.
1. Algunos individuos son excelentes planificadores cuando se trata de asuntos de dinero. Otras no. Si tienes seguridad financiera, ¿cómo y cuándo la has adquirido? Si no es así, ¿cómo piensa conseguirlo?
En primer lugar, quiero señalar que no es algo con lo que cuente en la actualidad. Tristemente, lo que entendemos la mayoría como seguridad financiera no existe dentro de las fronteras de mi país. Es una economía que solo nos permite vivir del día a día, especialmente por la clase de trabajo que realizo, el cual no me reporta un ingreso fijo cada mes, sino que depende de cuantos clientes pueda atender cada semana.
Sin embargo, debido a que me causa mucha felicidad hacerlo, me he continuado preparando sin descanso para ser mejor cada día. El trabajo que hago tiene que ver con la manicure y pedicure, algo que por lo general es solicitado por otras mujeres, aunque también hay hombres que entienden lo valioso que es mantener manos y pies bien cuidados.
Mi objetivo es seguir aprendiendo, para lo cual cuento con uno de los recursos mas importantes en todo el mundo, mi juventud. Sé que tengo un mundo por delante y, con mi empeño, determinación y deseo por ser mejor cada día, puedo seguir trabajando en lo que me gusta.
Quiero destacar que, si bien se trata de una actividad a la que muchas mujeres de la localidad se dedican, muchos de los clientes llegan por medio de recomendaciones, por lo que siento que la posibilidad de seguir progresando y alcanzar la tan preciada seguridad financiera está en mis manos, incluso esa frase la podría decir de manera literal.
No importa si me toma poco o mucho tiempo, me mantengo enfocada en la meta. Creo que todas las mujeres podemos alcanzar cualquier objetivo que nos propongamos, siempre y cuando pongamos el corazón en lo que hagamos.

First of all, I want to congratulate the LOH community for always giving us women the possibility to give our opinion on different topics. I love this because within a multitude of ideas it is possible to find the one you need to keep improving, both as a person and in quality of life.
Below I am going to give the answer to one of the two questions we were asked this week.
1. Some individuals are excellent planners when it comes to money matters. Others are not. If you are financially secure, how and when did you acquire it? If not, how do you plan to achieve it?
First, I want to point out that it's not something I'm counting on at the present time. Sadly, what most of us understand as financial security does not exist within the borders of my country. It is an economy that only allows us to live from day to day, especially for the kind of work I do, which does not bring me a fixed income each month, but depends on how many clients I can serve each week.
However, because it brings me so much happiness to do it, I have continued to prepare myself relentlessly to be better every day. The work I do has to do with manicures and pedicures, something that is usually requested by other women, although there are also men who understand how valuable it is to keep hands and feet well cared for.
My goal is to continue learning, for which I have one of the most important resources in the world, my youth. I know that I have a world ahead of me and, with my determination, determination and desire to be better every day, I can continue to work in what I love.
I want to emphasize that, although this is an activity to which many local women are dedicated, many of the clients come through recommendations, so I feel that the possibility of continuing to progress and achieve the so precious financial security is in my hands, even that phrase could be said literally.
It doesn't matter if it takes me a little or a lot of time, I stay focused on the goal. I believe that all women can achieve any goal we set for ourselves, as long as we put our hearts into what we do.

I have a work friend from Caracas and she shared with me the stories of living in Venezuela. I pray that some day there will be better opportunities for you, It may not be now, but be ready when it does, have a plan in place.

Hello @daniellef. If your passion is to become a professional manicurist, then I hope you are able to pursue that career. Myself, I have not been to a salon for three years now. Once the pandemic hit, I decided not to take the chance to be in the midst of numerous people closed together in one space. I opted to put professional manicure to the side. I purchased my own, and performed the work at home, just saving me money and avoiding COVID. It worked so well for me that I continued it to present.
I have heard where some salon workers decided to take their business and work out of their homes, thus avoiding a mass of people and work from appointments only.
During difficult economic times, some people can't afford the luxury of a salon when the decision to feed one's family is a choice. For those who can afford the luxurious expense, then there will always be a demand for it.
