2023 was a rough year for many, but even with it's ups and downs I am very grateful because of how much I learned and became closer to what I want to be and accomplish.
2023 was the starting point of my apprenticeship as a tattoo artist, and seeing all the support from friends and family really made a difference, I am truly overwhelmed by the love I have received on this path. I got to see the trust and faith people have in me as an artist and very encouraging words from them.
It was also the year of my return to graphic arts, which is something I really missed and it feels so good to be finally doing something that brings so much joy to my life. It was the year of reuniting with very missed friends, and also the year of heartbreak, but said heartbreak really made me reconsider the lack of boundaries I was working with and has taught me a very important lesson on self love and self respect and I am very thankful for every aspect I got to experience. It was also the year I joined the Blockchain and it has given so much joy to my life.
On top of all that I have my daughter by my side and to see how she is growing healthy and happy is another reason to smile and feel my life is complete.
When it comes to this year and my expectations I have to admit they're quite high, but realistic. I want to keep learning and growing as a tattoo artist, I think it's been going great so far. I even have an appointment for next week with a dear friend that asked me to tattoo a few things on him. I want to continue my work on the art field and I am very motivated to keep going.
I'm usually leaning towards the pessimistic side, but for the first time in a while I am very optimistic and eager to see how things turn out.

El 2023 fue un año difícil para muchos, pero aún con sus altibajos estoy sumamente agradecida porque he aprendido muchísimo y poco a poco me he acercado a la persona que quiero ser y las metas que quiero lograr 2023.
Este 2023 ha sido el año en que inicié mi proceso de aprendizaje como tatuadora, y ver el apoyo que he obtenido de mía amigos y familiares ha hecho una gran diferencia, es sobrecogedor la cantidad de amor que he recibido durante este camino que he empezado a recorrer he sentido la confianza y fe que esas personas tienen en mi como artista y recibido hermosas palabras de aliento.
También fue el año en que regresé a las artes gráficas, lo cual es algo que extrañaba enormemente y se siente muy bien estar haciendo nuevamente algo que me trae tanta alegría. Fue el año de reunirme con amigos que extrañaba un montón, también fue el año de sentir desamor, pero ese desamor me hizo reevaluar la falta de límites que tenía y me ha enseñado una lección muy importante sobre el amor propio y el respeto a mi misma y estoy agradecida por cada aspecto que he experimentado. Tambien fue el año en que me uni a esta Blockchain que ha traido tanta alegría a mi vida.
Encima de todo esto, tengo a mi hija a mi lado y verla crecer sana y feliz es una razón más para sonreir y sentir que mi vida esta completa.
En cuanto a mis expectativas para este nuevo año debí admitir que están muy altas, pero realistas. Quiero continuar aprendiendo y creciendo en el mundo del tatuaje, creo que las cosas van bien hasta ahora. Incluso tengo una cita para la próxima semana de un querido amigo que quiere realizarse un par de cosas conmigo. Quiero continuar mi trabajo como artista y estoy muy motivada a seguir adelante.
Yo suelo ser un tanto negativa y pesimista, pero por primera vez en un buen tiempo me sentó optimista y ansiosa de ver cómo salen las cosas.

Becoming a tattoo artist is indeed not easy because of the responsibility you have to create something on someone's body and the trust they place in a tattoo artist.
I have many friends who are tattoo artists here, and I am truly proud of their achievements.
You should be proud of yourself for the talent that you have.
Thank you very much, I have had so much luck from the start (a friend was the one that got me my tattoo machine and supplies to begin this journey) and having people trusting me is a very humbling experience!
