Hello friends, I’m dropping my entry for the #LOH #74 Contest on the question “If you could change something about your personality, what would that be? “
WHAT IS PERSONALITY ?
Personality is who you are psychologically and physically. Personality is how a person thinks, behaves and what best describes you. Everybody’s thought is not the same and that is how our personality as individuals has differences too. One person might have an aggressive personality while another might have a calm personality.
A PERSONALITY I’D WANT TO CHANGE
For me though, i‘m a very outgoing person and at the same time a neuroticism person. source
I react to things very seriously, i can make a little problem seem big because of my kind of person, i get overly anxious over any minor thing and be like “ what do i do? , what if i hurt myself while trying to do this?” Stuffs like that and most times it leads to a nervous breakdown, i even get upset and irritated easily, because when i start being anxious i get negative thoughts and end up damaging myself. I am more of an over thinker and thinking randomly awful things most times i eventually turn out moody, my mood can go from happy to sad, from friendly to rude in 0 seconds, because i’m lost in my thoughts at that point and i just want to be alone. source
This personality has really made me think less of myself and doubt myself most times, there are some kind of things i would want to do but end up getting negative thoughts about it so i’d just let go of it because of fear and anxiety. Most individuals see this personality as a mental disorder that can be treated but truth is Neuroticism is not a mental disorder it is rather a mood disorder and there is not a specific cause for it, it’s just part of one’s personality.
So this is one personality i’m really working on to change but nonetheless, I’m still a very nice and fun to be with person once you get to know me. Okay so this is the end of my entry and thank you #LOH for granting me the chance to share this.
