I was surprised that he even ate beets in soup and in juice with strawberries. For me it is a good indicator that I will do excellent with their diet.

Ya paso a su alimentacion complementaria y me he dado un paseo por todo lo nutritivo y natural que hay para ella.

Me ha sorprendido que ha comido hasta remolacha en sopa y en jugo con fresa. Para mi es un buen indicador de que me ira excelente con su alimentación.

Crema de auyama con aliños verdes y compota de manzana para el almuerzo

Soup ingredients:

• Auyama
• Onion
• Cilantro
• Peppers

Compote ingredients:

• Apple
• Boiled water
• Cornstarch
• chives

Ingredientes sopa:

• Auyama
• Cebolla
• Cilantro
• Pimenton
• Cebollin

Ingredientes compota:

• Manzana
• Agua hervida
• Maizena

Cuando este lista la envaso para darsela luego de el baño de el medio dia.

Gracias a Dios no he tenido problemas con ella para que coma aliños ni ha sido alergica a nada.

Luego de el salado le doy compota de frutas o jugo natural, en este caso hice compota y le guarde para la hora de la merienda.

La compota la prepare de la siguiente manera:
En una olla coloque agua potable con 2 cuchardas de maizena.

previamente lave, pele y cocine y las lleve a la licuadora. Una vez listo la mezclé con la maizena y la lleve a fuego lento hasta que espesara un poco y envasé para servirsela.
