¡Hola queridas Damas de Hive! Espero que se encuentren todas muy bien. Hoy me paso por acá para participar de las preguntas semanales de la mano de @merit.ahama con preguntas que nos invitan a la reflexión acerca de nuestros cuidados alimenticios y físicos. Bueno, empecemos.
¿Cómo son tus hábitos alimenticios? ¿Tienes recetas favoritas de cuidado personal? ¿Y usted tiende a comer lo que se le antoja?
La verdad es que suelo comer muy variado y no suelo privarme de nada. De hecho, no soy tan antojadiza, pero sí es cierto que quizá no coma tan saludable. Ahora que es verano estoy comiendo más frutas y verduras que refresquen, pero en general suelo comer bastantes carbohidratos. Lo bueno es que no soy tan fan de comer chocolates y dulces, prefiero más lo salado, pero de todos modos me doy mis gustos de este tipo también. No sigo dietas, ni nada por el estilo, tampoco soy muy exigente con el uso de la sal, con que tenga un poco estoy conforme. Me gusta comer un poco de todo de manera moderada para no quedarme con ganas de nada. Este es mi mejor consejo, si no tienes problemas de salud que requieran seguir una dieta estricta, lo mejor es que moderes las porciones para que puedas comer lo que quieras.

La mayoría de nosotros trabajamos desde casa o en una oficina, sentados durante horas para realizar el trabajo. ¿Cuáles son los trucos o ejercicios que haces para reducir los desafíos sedentarios?
Suelo tomarme descansos cada tanto para ir al baño o salir un momento a tomar aire. Además de la importancia de descansar la vista que es primordial en mi caso ya que tengo problemas de miopía. Así que cada hora más o menos me levanto y camino un poco, miro por la ventana e intento despejarme lo más que puedo. También suelo salir a caminar todas las mañanas con mi perra y suelo desplazarme caminando mayormente si voy cerca para no gastar en transporte y aparte porque me gusta caminar y me hace bien. Este año quiero incorporar algún ejercicio de estiramiento o de bajo impacto para mantenerme en movimiento y liberar energías acumuladas. Ya les iré contando si lo logro.

Hello dear Ladies of Hive! I hope you are all doing well. I'm stopping by today to participate in @merit.ahama's weekly Q&A with thought-provoking questions about our nutritional and physical care. Well, let's get started.
What are your eating habits like? Do you have favourite self-care recipes? And do you tend to eat whatever you crave for?
The truth is that I usually eat very varied and I don't usually deprive myself of anything. In fact, I'm not so craving, but it is true that maybe I don't eat so healthy. Now that it's summer I'm eating more fruits and vegetables that refresh, but in general I usually eat quite a lot of carbohydrates. The good thing is that I'm not so much a fan of eating chocolates and sweets, I prefer salty things, but anyway I give myself my treats of this type too. I don't follow diets or anything like that, I'm not very picky about the use of salt either, as long as I have a little bit I'm happy. I like to eat a little bit of everything in moderation so that I don't feel like eating anything. This is my best advice, if you don't have health problems that require you to follow a strict diet, the best thing to do is to moderate your portions so you can eat what you want.

Most of us are either working from home or in a office, sitting for hours to get work done. What are the hacks or exercises you do to reduce sedentary challenges?
I tend to take breaks from time to time to go to the bathroom or go out for a moment to get some air. Besides the importance of resting my eyesight, which is very important in my case since I have myopia problems. So every hour or so I get up and walk around a bit, look out the window and try to clear my head as much as I can. I also go for a walk every morning with my dog and I usually walk mostly if I go nearby so I don't spend money on transportation and also because I like to walk and it's good for me. This year I want to incorporate some stretching or low impact exercise to keep me moving and release accumulated energy. I will let you know if I succeed.

I identify with you in preferring salty food and not so much sweet, and as you say, it is good to moderate portions to eat what we want, and yes, walking helps a lot in avoiding sedentary lifestyle, thanks for sharing friend,
