Looks like a nice dream, may work but unfortunately you need clients and a plan that stands firmly. In a country where electricity is as unstable as in your country, you need generators and fuel to be able to respect the deadlines. You will need a car as well, just to name a few. However, good luck if you intent to pursue your dream.
